Senior Consultant, Regulatory Solutions for Adenza Inc. (Calypso Technology, Inc.) in New York, NY, to Gather and analyze financial data, regulatory requirements, and business requirements for Adenza software. Collaborate with Solutions Architects to suggest solutions and analyze financial data for implementation. Provide recommendation and guidelines to clients on best practices for regulatory reporting solutions in the Adenza software leveraging knowledge of regulatory reporting. Analyze financial regulation requirements and their impact on clients. Prepare business requirement and specifications writing for the functional requirement of the scope of work. Design solutions to address the regulation and risk requirements in the Adenza proprietary software. Interface with clients to understand their unique needs and the structure of their data and information systems to tailor the Adenza solution to each specific case. Collect financial and regulatory data from available industry reports and regulations; communicate with clients regarding business trends and recommend changes for Adenza’s software solutions. Assist the lead implementation and development teams and prepare Federal Reserve Reporting for a Banking Institution such as FR 2052a (Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report), FR Y-9C (Consolidated Financial Statements for Bank Holding Companies), FFIEC 009 (Country Exposure Report), and Comprehensive Capital and Analysis Review (CCAR). Requires: Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Economics or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience in Implementation Specialist or related role working directly with clients in regulatory requirements or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Economics or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience Implementation Specialist or related role working directly with clients in regulatory requirements. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Assessing existing regulatory processes, reports, data of banks to configure regulatory reports and develop custom product solution reports; Analyzing data from client databases; manipulating data for pre-process calculations to pipeline into the software; and performing data integration activities by joining tables to create standard data models and views as well as specific reference and mapping tables using SQL to extract, transform, and process; Debugging and interpreting data issues, ensuring data accuracy, performing pivot analysis, and configuring end-to-end automated workflows to generate final reports, identifying gaps in the solution design and code using MS Excel; Managing JIRA dashboards and Salesforce Customer Portal dashboards to keep track of tickets, providing status updates on tasks, and conducting demos; Assisting and supporting clients with code migration, User Acceptance Testing, deployment, and regression testing; and Leveraging Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to manage and coordinate projects and tasks.
