JOB TITLE:Senior Client Project ManagerDUTIES: Collaborate and act as Team Lead member of the Company’s Client Success team to oversee SaaS-based product technology implementations and adoption for direct client relationships related to alternative investments with cloud-based machine learning technology. The role is accountable for efficiency, quality, and consistency of a team of skilled Client Project Managers who guide clients how to receive maximum value realization with company’s product which uses multiple Natural Language Processing algorithms to streamline investment document collection, categorization, data extraction and validate data from those documents. Provide guidance and mentorship to grow teams’ product, industry, and project skills. Execute standards, provide implementation-focused project plans, and provide Clients with knowledge to drive their successful adoption of Company's technology. More specific duties include:- Drive Client Results by becoming an expert at using and helping others use Canoe’s technology offerings; lead clients through their Company’s software implementation including technology configuration, upstream data connectivity, downstream data integrations and initial training; Organize and conduct client kick-off and weekly project management calls; Create and maintain project plans for each implementation; Execute client workflow analysis, design solutions, and aid client integration with Canoe's platform; Maintain a dialogue with Canoe's Relationship Management team throughout the implementation process; Regularly report on the stage, status, and expected completion date of each client's implementation.- Drive Team Results, including Lead and mentor a small team of other Client Project Managers; Assist in continuing team growth in a dynamic environment; Manage escalation path for team and personal implementations; Accountable for implementation health, scope, timelines, and project level escalations for Team; Audit calls, messaging, project status, coaching and problem solving; Joins Enterprise & Strategic client tier weekly calls on regular cadence to provide support and secondary voice.20% travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the Eastern region of the US and travel to NY, NY Office 1-2 times per year.Telecommute permissible; report to New York, NY office. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Intelligence & Analytics, Finance, Business, or related discipline and Two (2) years of experience as Business Intelligence Analyst, Consultant, Associate or related field working in the FinTech SaaS industry.Special Skills: Experience must include:1. 1 year of experience overseeing and executing escalation management measures for complex client implementations with multiple teams within Global Financial Institutions.2. 2 years of experience in leading, developing and coaching multiple successful implementation projects.3. 2 years of experience delivering premier service offerings to Global Enterprise clients with multiple sub-divisions.4. 2 years of experience using APIs, SSO and financial portal connectivity methodologies.5. 1 year of experience working with financial data extractions, data mapping and analytics.6. 2 years of experience using Salesforce and TaskRay software.20% travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the Eastern region of the US and travel to NY, NY Office 1-2 times per year.Telecommute permissible.
