About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing, collaborative sales team; supporting the largest companies to solve some of their biggest challenges around diversity and demand for key IT skills, to support their growth.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new logos, primarily selling Wiley Edge's Alumni model, into some of the largest multi-national organisations across the US. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle and be required to manage a complex sales process involving multiple stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing account plans for target clients to drive revenue within these accounts
  • Delivering sales presentations to potential customers
  • Managing structured sales process involving multiple stakeholders
  • Supporting/Mentoring Inside Sales team to deliver qualified leads within target clients
  • Ensuring CRM is accurate and reflects current sales activity
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders in Enterprise clients

  • A demonstratable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Desired:

  • A background in solution/software selling
  • 2+ years' experience mentoring/managing sales reps
