The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Advisor to provide essential insights and analysis to drive business operations and performance. This role involves facilitating management review processes and systems, offering broad operational support to business unit leaders. Key responsibilities include analyzing signings, revenue, and profit performance; supporting incentive programs; conducting productivity analyses; and identifying financial performance gaps to drive key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor to business units, providing deep insights and analysis to inform decision-making.

  • Facilitate business unit management review processes and maintain systems.

  • Conduct comprehensive revenue and profit performance analyses.

  • Support incentive programs to drive employee engagement and performance.

  • Analyze productivity metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Monitor and analyze account growth and erosion to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Identify and address financial performance gaps to enhance business outcomes.

  • Support the implementation of key initiatives to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate closely with Kyndryl country and practice organizations to leverage business insights for GTM and incentives transformation.

  • Maintain expert-level proficiency in business operations, business process management, data analysis and reporting, and program management.

  • Apply strong business and financial acumen to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Who You Are

  • This position is based in New York City and requires attendance at meetings at the One Vanderbilt location. The candidate must be within a commutable distance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • At least 10 years of experience in a business advisory or similar role, with a strong track record in data analysis and reporting, business operations, enterprise enablement, and program management.

  • Expert knowledge in business operations and various Business Operation Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

  • Proficiency in business process management, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional business and financial acumen.

  • Extensive people management experience.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the Kyndryl ecosystem or a similar large-scale IT services environment.

  • Knowledge of global go-to-market (GTM) strategies and incentive transformations.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $175,080 to $332,760 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
