Kohler Ventures is seeking a talented SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with expertise in SAP ERP implementations across multiple solution modules and platforms, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and the tenacity to lead successful implementation of SAP for a new technology company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP architecture and implementation, a passion for innovation, entrepreneurial mindset, and the leadership skills to drive transformation.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Drive successful design, architecture, and implementation of key SAP S/4HANA business suite components e.g. Finance and Controlling, Asset Management, Vendor Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

  • Work closely with cross-functional business partners to understand business requirements and to design and deploy a multi-functional end-to-end SAP roadmap and solution design.

  • Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives.

  • Serve as a global, technical system owner and administrator for SAP; develop architectural diagrams, system specifications, test scripts, assessments, standard procedures, and additional required computer systems validation and change management documents.

  • Work with the business partners to establish delivery operating model governance to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption and on-going support.

  • Lead and guide the business and technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

  • Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies for SAP architecture and implementation.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP landscape.

  • Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Skills/Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Good understanding of business processes in SAP in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance environment.

  • Proven experience as an SAP Architect with a focus on finance, procurement, asset management, manufacturing, and vendor management modules.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, standards, and architecture principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Travel approximately 25% of the time, both domestic and international.

  • Available to work outside of regular business hours as needed to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering multiple SAP solutions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance functions.

  • Experience implementing SAP solutions with compliance considerations.

  • SAP Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate with one or more domains (Manufacturing, Finance, etc.).

The approved base salary range for this position is $121,150 - $154,350. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to a 30% Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) in the San Francisco Bay area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $157,495 - $200,655 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.
