Summary:

The Marketing Insights Programs team builds programs that power the Insights function and grow the global researcher community. Marketing Insights Program Managers enhance impact and efficiency by identifying researcher needs and impact opportunities, building strategic systems that achieve strong long-lasting outcomes, and championing Insights POV/needs through cross functional partnerships. The Research Ops Program Manager will design and implement programs that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. This Program Manager will identify strategic opportunities, design programming, and manage implementation across three areas: Research Best Practices, Policy Compliance, Research Operations.

Required Skills:

Research Program Manager, Research Operations Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze Marketing Insights research operations and compliance needs and prioritize key issues and opportunities

  2. Engage, partner, and collaborate with research team members and leadership to proactively identify opportunities to leverage programming to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of our team

  3. Define success for pillar and programs. Communicate team goals and strategy

  4. Design and launch programs that reduce process friction and enhance researcher impact and satisfaction

  5. Move initiatives forward, find resources, predict roadblocks/obstacles, raise concerns to appropriate owners and resolve issues that prevent progress

  6. Contribute to overall Marketing Insights Program infrastructure, updating processes and tools and initiating improvements where needed

  7. Demonstrate best-in-class internal communications that break through and inspire action

  8. Jump in on special projects, help team respond to new and shifting priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or higher

  2. 8+ years of experience in financial operations or project/program management

  3. Proven track record of identifying pain points, designing and implementing strategic programs that yield business results, and scaling operations in a business context

  4. Familiarity with market research and program management (both strategy/design and execution)

  5. Experience leveraging communication to influence horizontally, cross functionally, and among executives

  6. Experience applying organized/structured approach to complex logistics

  7. Experience building cross functional relationships and leading effective collaborations

  8. Understanding of market research principles and practices

  1. Experience working in market research and/or with market researchers

  2. Experience working with marketing teams

  3. Experience working in or with large, fast-paced organizations with frequent cross-functional collaboration

  4. Vendor management experience

  5. Experience building teams / practices

  7. Experience conducting research, especially marketing and communications research

  8. Experience leading coaching and training related programming

Public Compensation:

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
