Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. has an opening for a Project Manager in New York, New York. Job Duties: Manage the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects within the office with focus on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics related work; assist in marketing, business development and growth of the Diagnostics Group. Primarily responsible for properly executing the project management systems for each project under their direction applying restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, water infiltration, building envelope and/or forensic engineering skills. Manages projects with the assistance of entry-level employees, sets direction, outlines goals and executes the project plan using technical specialization, proactivity and assertiveness to meet client and project needs. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiation, planning, organization direction and control of projects, being a team leader through technical supervision and staff development and contributing to business development. May telecommute. 10% domestic travel required. $126,714 - $148,870/year.Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with focus in Structures or related field followed by six years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
