Responsible for implementing and onboarding new customers with debit card and payment operations for Metropolitan Commercial Bank.
Manage all aspects of new customer onboarding rollouts including signing of contract, implementation of system, developing supporting marketing materials, card design, brand standards, proofing, production and training.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage vendor relationships ensuring Metropolitan Commercial Bank policies are enforced and vendor requirements are met.
Review and enhance processes to improve daily flow and customer experience.
Devise methods to reach out to customers to improve implementation flow. Draft and memorialize Project Management Plan.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum business experience: 5 years
Supervisory, organizational, managerial, and time management skills
