We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Engineer, Westbury, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and capital improvement projects are running like they should. You will be involved overseeing projects from initiation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and post construction phases, which necessarily entails procuring and administering design, CM and construction contracts as an Owner’s Agent. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your internal and external team and our planet. You will collaborate with a diverse team, sharing responsibility for all aspects of the Program leveraging your people management skills to safely deliver quality projects, on schedule and within budget. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or CACM or CCM credential preferred

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Project Engineer (or similar title), with responsibility for procurement and administration of professional and construction contracts.

• Demonstrated ability to implement project controls, track project budgets and schedules, and prepare the associated project status reports.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience procuring and administering multiple concurrent public sector construction and/or rehabilitation projects including involvement in all phases of design and construction.

• Experience using project management software (such as Procore, E-builder, Prolog, etc.)
