STELLAR SERVICES Project Engineer in New York, New York

  • Supports the Sr. Program Manager and Project Managers.

  • Coordinates schedules, organizes, prepares meeting handouts and participates in meetings, documents and follows-up up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Coordinates with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.

  • Assists in the development of PowerPoint presentations to support the program.

  • Assists in the coordination of project tasks and deliverables and tracks to completion.

  • Maintains program and project records.

  • Provides as needed reporting functions.

  • Prepare and maintain electronic document templates.

  • Conducts administrative and other duties assigned by the Program Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.

  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to Identify errors, problems, or non-standard situations and suggest alternatives.

  • Must possess the ability to understand the underlying document and records management principles involved and a strong initiative to apply them.

  • Must possess character traits of being accurate, meticulous, proactive, efficient, self-organizing, a team player.

  • Must be proficient in common software, particularly MS Office and associated project management tools.

  • Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
