We are seeking a remote Program & Resource Manager to ensure the success of digital projects as we continue to innovate the way customers engage with our brands.

As Program & Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects. You will play a key role in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. What you’ll do:

· Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects, developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

· Partner closely with counterparts in product management and engineering on prioritization and roadmapping

· Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and team bandwidth

· Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and ensure project success

· Facilitate internal team meetings, effectively delegating tasks as outlined in project planning documentation

· Own and lead sprint ceremonies, including planning and grooming to ensure tasks are on track and unblocked

What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience (6+ years) in program management working on ecommerce launches with cross-functional teams

· Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering concurrent, complex projects

· Experience reviewing technical requirements and acting as translator between engineering and strategic stakeholders

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Experience with Jira and/or Workfront

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail

The salary range for this position is $120K-$130K. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
