Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features to support operations.

  2. Define the roadmap and long-term strategy of the machine learning, measurement and relabeling program.

  3. Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements and articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the Machine Learning (ML) projects measurement and relabeling space.

  4. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery, provide day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for tasks.

  5. Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems Management, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a management-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:

    1. Program or project management
    1. Stakeholder engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams
    1. Knowledge and experience defining user needs, gathering requirements, and project scope
    1. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
    1. Communication experience and experience working with technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
    1. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners globally
    1. Developing or working directly with aspects of large-scale ML programs including dataset generation, data strategy, model creation, model testing to support the development of AI powered products and experiences.

Public Compensation:

$182,366/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits
