Come work on the Amazon Grocery Logistics DSP Delivery Strategy Team. In this role, the leader will help to scope and define areas of opportunity to optimize the delivery strategy for e-bike grocery deliveries in New York City. This role will focus on working on micromobility processes and working with stakeholders to build necessary processes and tools to optimize the customer experience for Amazon deliveries.

Key job responsibilities

  • Managing and delivering results on complex projects across multiple organizations

  • Helping define the roadmap for AGL Operations in NYC

  • Driving the business to perform in key customer metrics

  • Work with program managers, operations teams, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.

  • Developing mechanisms and reports to provide visibility and progress on improving customer experience and cost in NYC.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion.

  • Oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize.

  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and analytical thinking skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment.

  • Executive presentation skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
