Job Summary

Are you a seasoned Program Controls professional with a passion for innovation and excellence? TYLin, a globally recognized infrastructure consulting and engineering firm, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Controls Manager to join our team. This is a remote-based role with expectations to travel in Central, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As a Program Controls Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project and program management, with a strong focus on PMIS implementation and financial controls. Your expertise will guide the successful execution of large Capital Improvement Programs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, financial forecasting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PMIS implementations to deliver insightful reports and variance analysis.
  • Support project managers in monitoring KPIs and managing scope, budget, and risks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project controls within aviation, civil, or vertical structures.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and project control software like e-Builder or Unifier.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A commitment to innovation, integrity, and client-focused solutions.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$119,900- $200,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer. As such, the job title and ultimate compensation for this role will be thoughtfully aligned with the depth of your experience, the breadth of your skills, and the genuine enthusiasm you bring to the position.
