Summary:

Meta is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join the Product Operations team. Our mission is to be the experts on functional quality to improve product teams’ ability to resolve user issues. If you like helping people, ProdOps is for you.We are looking for experienced professionals who can partner with cross functional teams in complex, multi-platform efforts to improve the experience for the user at scale, while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational awareness.You will be in charge of investigating and communicating the quality of Meta’s products to engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional partners as reported by internal and external stakeholders. You will own the processes for collecting, generating, and triaging reported quality issues. Additionally, you will partner with product and engineering teams to implement cross-org/ cross- company process and tooling improvements focused on driving developer efficiency, resolution of issues, and improved product quality.

Required Skills:

Product Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Become an expert in the health and quality of Meta's Family of Apps products

  2. Define and lead program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform – includes kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product objectives via programmatic solutions.

  3. Build project teams with 'customer focus’ and effective communication with a bias for decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive resolutions to conflicts, and a “no barriers” mentality.

  4. Own the process for collecting, analyzing, and triaging user signal related to functional quality.

  5. Work with other Product, Engineering, and Product Operations leaders to implement product, process, tool improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  2. 6+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience, with 4+ years of XFN management or virtual team management.

  3. Communication skills in interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior management. Experience communicating change management to XFNs and stakeholders.

  4. Analytical mind, experience using data to tell a story and influence product direction using SQL

  5. Proactive problem solver with experience breaking down ambiguous issues into component parts to develop solutions

  6. Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs

  7. Experience in pivoting quickly and adapting to business needs while communicating and informing a team of shifting priorities.

$151,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
