TITLE: Product ManagerEMPLOYER:Stripe, Inc. DUTIES:Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., legal, sales, support, etc.) early in the product development lifecycle to understand requirements; Conduct user research with merchants and end customers to understand their needs in order to shape the product; Drive the product strategy for the customer experience areas of the Financial Connections product; Develop and shape the product roadmap for the Customer Experience team; Work closely with Engineering and Design in order to build features and effectively launch them to user; Analyze product performance, in partnership with data science where necessary, in order to optimize the customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement; Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (e.g., legal, sales, support, compliance, etc.) to launch products to the market.LOCATION:New York, NY (and various unanticipated work locations across the U.S.)REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of Product Management or Software Development experience.
