As a Product Lead/Project Manager you will:

Overview: As a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager within our Real-World Evidence (RWE) group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing IT systems related to RWE initiatives. With 3 to 6 years of experience, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient utilization of IT resources.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute project plans for IT systems within the RWE group, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including RWE teams, IT specialists, and other relevant departments.
  • Provide regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with RWE teams to gather and analyze IT system requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
IT Systems Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems crucial to RWE activities, including PowerApps and SharePoint.
  • Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to IT systems, proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure project success under varying conditions.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct testing and validation to meet RWE data integrity standards.
Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with external vendors for IT system implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Evaluate and select vendors based on project requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and post-implementation reports.
  • Generate regular progress reports and key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical RWE environment.
  • Understanding of IT systems, including PowerApps, SharePoint, and other technical systems relevant to RWE activities.
  • Familiarity with RWE data sources, collection methods, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 82,500 - 97,000
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
