Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks Procurement Analyst in New York, NY.Job Duties: Design and analyze business system data inputs to support procurement and supply chain projects. Duties include: assist management in the creation and modification of business systems and procedures as it relates to Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders (Pos); prepare reporting and provide analytical support to identify root causes and recommend operational process improvements; document processes, draft communications, and provide support for Procurement activities; create and maintain documents with policies, procedures, and key information for internal and external use; maintain key points of contact for stakeholder groups; set up POs with sufficient funding prior to order fulfillment or service delivery while abiding by corresponding contract/documentation; and understand supplier contracts with the ability to accurately ascertain relevant information, asking questions where there is uncertainty.**This position is an individual contributor position; it does not manage any employees or function. Minimum Requirements: Master's (or foreign equivalent) degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Planning Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Material Coordinator, Supply Chain Analyst, or a related/similar position.Special Skills:Experience must include one (1) year of experience involving each of the following:(1)Excel, including Excel Pivot Tables, VLookUps, and VB queries;(2)Tableu, including creating and managing dashboards;(3)Oracle End User for PR/ PO;(4)Inventory Management modules;(5)Salesforce CRM integration with Oracle;(6)SAP Procurement Modules;(7)Process improvement projects; and(8)Data analytics.Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.Salary: $78,894.00 - $117,500.00 per year.
