The Millennium Group Print and Office Services Associate (3 month temporary assignment) in New York, New York

19.00 per hour 19.00 | New York, NY, USA | Hourly | Full Time

TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Please note, this is a temporary 3 month assignment with opportunity to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic computer skills, with general knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • 1-2 years of print and mail services experience.

  • Ideal candidate will have experience with different types of print and engraving machinery and programs.

  • This position requires a self-starter that can and is willing to follow training and direction.

  • Will also need to be able to work on multiple jobs at same time and carry them to completion.

  • Is willing to dress appropriately for a business environment.

  • Will need to be able to work alone or in a team setting.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.

  • Will periodically need to be able to lift and carry loads of 40 lbs.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.

  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Copier knowledge will be helpful.

  • Knowledge of using UPS, FedEx, DHL shipping methods.

  • Assertive and resourceful; self motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative be able to communicate clearly.

  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.

  • Covid-19 Vaccination required.
