Since launching in 2013 the brand has continued to grow and evolve with an extensive offering of unique, hand-crafted sun and optical frames designed in New Orleans and crafted with the utmost attention to detail. In addition to 4 brick & mortar locations, 12 “Tiny House” concept stores, and a robust ecommerce business the brand is also available at many notable independent and major retailers such as Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Shopbop. KREWE’s unique approach to eyewear has created a cult-following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, Adam Huber, among others.
As the business grows, we are seeking smart, creative, and experienced Performance Marketing Associate , based at KREWE’s NYC-HQ, to join our talented team! Key attributes and qualities we are looking for in candidates for all open roles include an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative and solution-oriented, adaptable and resilient, best-practices methodology, team-oriented with a lean-in attitude, highest standards for execution, and a high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end growth operations for Paid Social, Search, Affiliate and SEO
Manage day-to-day operations across marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Bing, and more) with guidance of Director
Manage digital budgets, shifting spend between channels to optimize for Sales, CAC, ROAS, and various other KPIs
Partner with internal marketing / creative and external account teams to amplify our creative pipeline and develop new creative concepts
Formulate comprehensive A/B testing strategies for creative, messaging, landing pages, and bidding techniques
Report on performance across all digital channels
You are a data-driven marketer who can analyze multiple streams of information and improve on our overarching marketing strategy
You are able to communicate across various functions and support your peers to deliver on business priorities
You thrive in an entrepreneurial working environment, are flexible to changing priorities and can provide your opinion confidently and assertively
You have scaled marketing spend in $10-20M range across digital channels
You are eager to learn and a self starter who can hit the ground running
You like to work hard and play hard - enjoying showing up to work is a priority for you
Qualifications:
2-4 years of professional experience in growth marketing
You have previously managed Paid Social and Paid Search at a high growth Ecommerce company
You have a deep understanding of creative optimization for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube amongst other channels
Proficiency Excel and Google Sheets including data manipulation/organization, as well as familiarity with business intelligence tools (ie Google Analytics, Rockerbox)
You have experience managing budgets, and collaborating with the greater marketing team to create forecasts
Have strong familiarity with various attribution methodologies, including but not limited to: MTA, Survey-based, and MMM
Have strong familiarity with Affiliate, CRM and Out Of Home
Experience with eCommerce Start-ups and D2C consumer companies in some of the following industries: fashion, consumer, tech
