Partner (Investigo LLC) (New York, NY): Build, manage and lead a team of Recruitment Consultants at various experience levels, with a focus on the development of US strategy consulting, corporate strategy and operations. Establish and support Investigo’s development focused culture: Responsible for U.S. Strategy staffing P&L; Integrate into existing team by demonstrating experience and leading the way; Plan each consultants career path, support their business development efforts, and create a training program to constantly upskill employees; Monitor employee progress against targets; Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring recruitment consultants at Associate Consultant to Manager level; and Prioritize hiring and development of U.S national staff. Be actively involved in the interview process and ensure an engaging onboarding and training experience: Use technical screening and competency based interviewing techniques to asses new recruitment consultant candidates; and Participate in/facilitate all functional and technical training for new joiners. Support individuals to achieve personal goals while simultaneously building a profitable business: Create and convert business development opportunities by attending industry networking and conference events; Manage all direct reports responsible for their performance against targets; Oversee career development of all direct staff; Support business development and recruitment efforts of direct staff; Implement remedial actions and performance management; Organize regular meetings, performance reviews; and Monitor and forecast sales pipeline. Build strong relationships both internally and externally: Strong stakeholder relationship building at all levels; Build relationship based on trust and support of direct reports; and establish positive internal working relationships, leading by example. Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Knowledge of the strategy consulting landscape with deeper understanding of the key boutique consulting firms within each sector (e.g. knowledge of firms focused on energy strategy consulting, telecoms strategy consulting, life sciences strategy consulting, private equity focused strategy consulting etc.); Understanding of key principles of pricing strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, growth strategy and market entry; Knowledge of salary bands at every grade within the strategy consulting industry; Specific knowledge relevant for industries including Technology Media and Telecom, Financial Services, Retail and Consumer Products, Travel, Transport and Leisure, Energy & Utilities, Industrial Goods and Private Equity (examples include recent M&A, market patterns and trends, new technology, regulatory/political changes affecting each industry, partner moves); Experience leading market sizing and business strategy cases for candidates interview preparation; Proficient use of the following platforms/software: efinancials, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn; Relationships with strategy consulting firms and strategy teams within professional services firms in North America; Past experience working within a consulting firm; Prior experience placing Director and Partner level candidates within consulting firms and negotiating their offers; Knowledge of the recruitment life-cycle: consulting and advisory, talent identification, marketing client vacancies, selling opportunities, talent introduction, interview management, referencing, and retention; and Experience planning resource allocation. Requires six (6) years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or related occupation within the strategy consulting market. Minimal travel required to New Jersey, Chicago, LA, San Francisco, Boston, and Washington DC for client visits and networking events (Less than 10%). Salary: $146,099.00-170,000.00/year.
