Duties Description The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is an agency dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our customers. Our CMO assist with enabling change within the agency by developing structured approaches to help acclimate employees and the agency to the future state of the organizational change. This position is based in Manhattan – New York City. You can expect to lead change activities in the lower Hudson Valley, New York City and Long Island Region as well as Capital Region and Central and Western NY Region areas as needed. Additional Comments Hours of the position will be discussed at the time of interview, including questions regarding flextime, compressed work week and telecommuting. Telecommuting, if granted, is a maximum of 50%.
