Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team is assisting a large financial institution in New York City, NY. We are seeking a Operational Risk Management - Risk and Control Self-Assessment VP who will be responsible for administering and managing Operational Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) including Control Testing. Position: Operational Risk Management - Risk and Control Self-Assessment VP

Locations: NYC, NY (onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of the RCSA process to ensure consistency with sound risk management standards and internal policy and procedures

  • Execute the Risk and controls assessment, Process library management, Risk and controls taxonomy, Controls testing, Issues management, Risk analytics

  • Maintain all associated process documentation

  • Execute testing programs and QA all associated documentation

  • Promote sound operational risk culture through various operational risk management programs

  • Review and challenge risk assessments

  • Ensure a timely and efficient remediation plan is developed

  • Support all ad hoc tasks as they arise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Minimum 10 years of operational risk management experience and at least 5 years of experience related to RCSA, or other risk and controls are required

  • Solid analytical skills and MS office proficiency is required

  • Familiarity in knowledge of regulatory environment and governance practices

  • Deep understanding of RCSA or Enterprise Risk Management Risk Assessment and Control testing program is required

  • CFA, CPA, FRM or other Risk Management-related certifications are preferred

Pay Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 per year depending on the experience.
