Clifford Chance US LLP NY Part-Time Private Funds Staff Attorney in New York, New York
The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a part-time staff attorney in the Firm's Private Funds group.
The salary for this role is $125-$150 an hour, with the expectation that the candidate will work approximately 50 hours per month.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of private funds experience and experience with LP reviews and secondaries transactions. Admission to the NY bar required. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
