Duties: Manage strategy, implementation, and optimization of Meta's partnerships with sports leagues. Serve as the primary point of contact to help sports leagues understand how to utilize and prioritize Meta's platforms as critical tools to grow and engage their fan base and drive their business objectives. Work closely with other verticals (News & Entertainment) to ensure alignment on various product rollout initiatives and ensure sports leagues are represented. Collaborate with partners to develop innovative, high-impact social integrations and drive operational management of partnership projects. Successfully advance deal negotiations and maintain long-term talent partnerships. Identify and share outstanding partner best practices and case studies to support global sports partners. Help support broader strategic initiatives for global sports teams and Meta Platforms, Inc. Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Meta is taking partner input into account in product and policy decisions. Track, analyze, and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners. 15% domestic travel required. 10% international travel required. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Related skills may be required.Wage Range: $267827.20 - $287100 year + bonus + equity + benefits.
