Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our Growth Engine team - our centralized growth hub partnering with top creative agencies across Publicis Groupe (Leo Burnett, BBH, Fallon, Saatchi & Saatchi, to name a few) - where you’ll focus on creating exceptional content for pitches and new business needs. This role works closely with senior stakeholders across the Groupe and you’ll have support, mentorship, and growth opportunities as an important part of the PXP team.

As a Motion Designer at PXP, you should be an expert in creating content that appears in social spaces (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc) while demonstrating a high degree of creativity and professionalism. You should be able to think on your feet, shifting focus, tasks, and responsibilities while communicating effectively with your team to find solutions to quickly turn around projects.

Responsibilities

  • 2D animation across all verticals (broadcast, OOH, web and experiential projects).

  • Create compelling motion graphics/animations for our video content from animated title treatments, transition animations, end-cards and more.

  • Static design ideation to get buy-in on creative before animating.

  • Collaborate with other motion designers to execute on brand creative materials.

  • Enthusiastically partner with peers and internal clients to ensure work meets creative and strategic standards appropriate to the target audiences and brand

  • Working within brand graphics packages, you will support other Motion Designers and Creative Directors on day-to-day projects and responsibilities.

  • Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings

Location & Commitments

  • Full-time role, in-person/in office will resume as a hybrid approach to work.

  • Travel may be required for production needs.

  • Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of motion design experience at a design shop, ad agency, or similiar.

  • Expert in After Effects.

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and C4D.

  • Working knowledge of After Effects Mogrt template creation.

  • Current with motion design trends and practices.

  • Current with Social Media platforms and trends.

  • Solid understanding of file structure and project workflow.

  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic IT and technical issues as they arise.

  • Passionate, driven, proactive, curious, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

  • Strong sense of priorities with the ability to manage multiple asks/tasks.

  • Must have a love of design and an eagerness to understand the principles underpinning successful motion design work.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $101,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
