Description:

Our client is looking for a Mobility Technician to join their team in New York, New York!

The company has BYOD policy along with "company issued device" CID. They are looking for a resource who will be onsite in NYC, providing support to all MDM related issue and partner with national US ServiceDesk team to be an escalation point for all mobile tickets. This will be a combination of remote and hands-on tickets.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience providing IT Support to mobile devices (IOS and Android)

• ServiceNow (or compatible ticketing tool)

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Experience with MDM troubleshooting tools
