Merchandising Retail Analyst (NY,NY): Select and implement proper research methods and procedures to obtain desired data; Apply analytical methods, techniques and strategies to glean business/market insights from findings; Measure, evaluate, and prepare reports on the performance of merchandising and marketing strategies and programs; Identify and project factors, relationships, and trends in business performance (e.g., emerging and existing markets/industries, competition, business segments, products, sales, pricing, and consumer opinions/preferences/habits); Present, explain, and depict research, conclusions, and recommendations to coworkers to aid in the company's design, production,merchandising, marketing, and selling of products.
