The Walt Disney Company Media Strategy Associate - Landing Page Optimization in New York, New York

The Media Strategy Associate, Landing Page Optimization – D+ will own the creation and management of marketing landing pages for D+ and will drive conversion rate optimization through the sign up funnel. As a results-driven and detail-oriented marketer, producer, and optimization expert you’ll support acquisition and retention marketing campaigns D+. You will also partner with key stakeholders across the Disney Streaming Services organization to research the user journey, formulate testing strategy, identify high impact ideas, collaborate on test plans, prioritize the testing roadmap, and deliver a strong return on investment for the marketing testing and optimization on D+.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain marketing landing pages for D+ marketing campaigns

  • Drive conversion optimization for D+ acquisition flows on web, mobile, and connected devices landing pages and subscription sign up flows, including ideation, planning, testing, optimization, and reporting

  • Manage the D+ conversion optimization testing roadmap and prioritization process

  • Integrate insights gathered from quantitative and qualitative customer data, including analytics, surveys, usability testing, customer interviews, heatmaps, and other feedback sources into the experimentation strategy and planning process

  • Gather ideas from stakeholders across teams and functions and manage a backlog of testing ideas

  • Coordinate with the D+ Product Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that assets for marketing landing pages are defined accurately and delivered on schedule

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team on test methodology, metrics, and criteria for success

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to document tests and communicate results and learnings to stakeholders across the Disney Streaming Services and ESPN organizations, including senior executives

  • Coordinate with the Product team to set up, QA, launch, and stop tests in Optimizely

  • Draft low fidelity wireframes to illustrate new page / screen layouts to be considered for testing

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers on the Paid Media, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product Development, and Creative teams

  • Help build a data-driven culture where testing is viewed as a critical step in the process of answering key business questions and improving marketing performance

  • Work with optimization leads in Disney Streaming Services and other Disney business units to share conversion optimization successes and learnings

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3-4 years in digital acquisition and performance marketing

  • Demonstrated success with planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests

  • Experience with Optimizely or another enterprise testing, optimization and personalization platforms

  • Experience working on a subscription-based business

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment; Comfort dealing with ambiguity

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics a plus
