Anywhere Real Estate Marketing Production Coordinator in New York, New York

The Marketing Coordinator, Manhattan at Sotheby’s International Realty will be responsible for helping execute the marketing and advertising operations for the Manhattan market. This role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, a passion for working with people and teams, and an interest in the real estate industry. This is an in-person role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with corporate/regional marketing to enhance existing programs and/or create custom initiatives and solutions for the local market. Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with local agents, and sharing feedback and needs from these agents with regional marketing.

  • Maintain familiarity with local market conditions and competitive environment and suggest improvements and new ideas in response to them.

  • Support agents in the customization and use of available materials and programs. Maintain familiarity with company and brand intranet content updates and guide agents to appropriate resources.

  • Coordinate/monitor agent personal marketing support services with vendors – including ad designers, social networking experts, website development, etc.

  • Heavy agent support with marketing tracking and some general office duties.

  • Coordinates across team and with agents with clear communication

  • Introduce and train agents in new or underleveraged programs and initiatives (includes company, brand, NRT and Realogy offerings) using the training, information and presentation materials provided by corporate/regional/brand marketing.

  • Track all advertising/asset management by property.

  • Use existing templates, online tools and brand guidelines to produce local ads, brochures, publications, and mailing pieces.

  • Develop property listing and marketing proposals based on guidelines set by the office for client presentation

  • Work with preferred and local vendors to provide quality and cost effective marketing support services including signage, photography, CMA’s, etc. Document and report to corporate any issues or proposed improvements with preferred vendors and programs.

  • Assemble local market data as appropriate to create custom listing sheets and local market statistics for use in presentations, mailings and local Web site.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ work experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the real estate industry; relevant degree and/or internship experience will be considered in lieu of work experience

  • Four year degree, preferably in marketing or advertising, and/or equivalent years of experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • An eye for detail/proofing, design, and understanding of branding

  • Proactive, creative thinker with a focus on problem solving

  • Must have strong Ms Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

  • Strong administrative skills including accurate data entry

  • Customer service orientation – strong training and support skills
