Paramount Manager, Program Marketing in New York, New York

Overview & Responsibilities:

The Manager, Global Program Marketing facilitates the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns, delivering forecasted outcomes for select current and new Kids & Family film and series programs. In addition, this individual supports franchise management for live-action and animated properties that are distributed across multiple platforms, including Paramount+ and Nickelodeon linear.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the development, execution and evaluation of world-class global marketing campaigns, delivering new audiences and retaining existing fans across multiple platforms

  • Synchronize the campaign lifecycle from kickoff through post-campaign analysis, including: marketing and creative strategy, positioning, briefing, campaign development/execution and performance monitoring/optimization/after-action review

  • Interact with cross-functional teams on go-to-market implementation in owned, earned and paid media channels

  • In partnership with internal teams and external agencies, maintain the organization and trafficking of creative assets to ensure timely delivery

  • Build internal and external presentation materials and decks for strategy meetings, partners, Production & Executive Teams

  • Manage essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets and decks

  • Collaborate with BI, Finance and Media to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize tactics throughout/beyond the life of a campaign

  • Research industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision making

  • Identify incremental strategic opportunities to enhance marketing campaigns, drive acquisition, retention, and/or viewership

  • Facilitate long-term vision and franchise development strategy specific titles that live on and drive engagement, attention, and revenue long after launch

  • Support team growth and development

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in entertainment marketing, preferably at a studio and/or streaming service, ideally with prior responsibility for launching Kids & Family Programming

  • Extensive experience with core marketing software, including Microsoft and Google ecosystems, and the ability to effectively use accordingly: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Slack, AirTable

  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital ecosystems, influencer programs and IP building

  • Successful track record in helping to build awareness, interest, viewing and (where applicable) TVOD revenue/SVOD subscriptions for top-tier entertainment IP

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience and an ability to interpret analytics and apply research to make informed recommendations

  • A supportive partner with a positive demeanor and encouraging disposition

  • Stellar organizational skills with an ability to multitask, prioritize and manage a challenging, fast-paced workload, working across multiple campaigns, priorities and collaborators at any given time

  • Impeccable communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills

  • Proficient at working within and collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels, as well as third party agencies and partners

  • Able to thrive within a highly time-sensitive environment

  • Strong entrepreneurial approach (Excited to find a way)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $88,000.00 - 110,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
