To learn more, check out www.effectv.com Effectv is seeking a talented, energetic, innovative, and customer-focused HR Manager with a passion for developing and executing first-class HR strategies. This role, in conjunction with the Sr Director, HR, will partner with our Product Management, Insights & Analytics, Marketing and Engineering organizations. The HR business partner will provide coaching and development, drive employee engagement and organizational change across all levels of the employee population and multiple locations. The role acts as a central point of contact, consultant, and facilitator, and coordinates with Centers of Expertise including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and others to optimize the employee experience. This role will contribute to the development of HR priorities and operational plans that strategically align with our business objectives and drive organizational development. The role requires excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities, and the agility to function in a face-paced environment. To turn business goals into human resource plans, strong analytic skills and results-orientation is a must.
Serves as a subject matter expert and strategic HR business partner
Consults and collaborates with the business, HR and HR CoEs to ensure delivery of people priorities
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates business change and gains credibility with leadership and employees
Provides consulting, coaching, development and communication opportunities that contribute to and drive desired team culture
Performs organizational assessments that diagnose strong and weak points of the organization and design solutions to create additional business value
Tailors employee engagement solutions to drive optimal organization performance and effectiveness
Contributes to change efforts for major business initiatives
Understands and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives
Oversees Employee Relations issues, coaches employees on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
Helps hiring managers determine appropriate level when opening positions and partners with TA to define effective recruiting strategies
Ensure outstanding customer experience by recommending new approaches and delivering strategic, value-add, best in class HR support to all client groups.
Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management to ensure compliance with employment guidelines
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
