Perform in-depth analysis of cross-channel analytics reporting (web, app & social) to make recommendations for improvements in engagement strategies, remarketing tactics, content series, and customer journey mapping. Leverage data visualization tools & techniques to develop web analytics dashboards and reporting to provide stakeholders the ability to monitor goals/KPIs and translate key insights to make strategic decisions. Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Platforms, and Consumer Insights. Implement best practices and lead multivariate testing plans for site design, media targeting, and customer journeys. Collaborate with Digital Content teams to track social series performance and provide direction to Marketing Partnerships on sellable franchises. Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve overall engagement and customer experience with easy to digest presentations. Coordinate with IT, Digital Content, and Digital Platforms teams to manage the creation and implementation of new custom tags and ensure data is flowing into the Data Warehouse. Identify data gaps and potential new tools and services to enhance our ability to track the full digital customer journey. Develop clear and effective presentations to key stakeholders that communicate complex concepts into an actionable plan. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Analytics, or Marketing. Requires 3 years of experience in any job title/position/occupation working with digital content and data analytics. Experience must include: creating social and web content to help contextualize analyses and dashboards; analyzing data and insights to develop a cohesive narrative and actionable conclusions; using analytics and analyzing key metrics to define KPIs and identify trends; understanding of tagging structures and hierarchies; and utilizing analytical tools, Omniture, Google Analytics, Tableau and social management tools, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or Sprout. Telework permitted within commuting distance to worksite. $83,000 - $135,000/year.
