SUMMARY Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to provide litigation support, such as fact research, editing, reviewing and organizing large volumes of documents, witness interviews and deposition preparation, and assist with court appearances and filings. Overtime and occasional travel required. Two-year commitment required. Start date will begin ASAP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES -Review and organize materials at various stages of litigation -Document management -Organization and management of electronically stored information -Communicate with clients -Fact research -Deposition preparation -Assistance with court filings

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS -B.A. or B.S. from a school ranked in the top 50 schools as ranked by US News and World Report -Minimum 3.5 G.P.A. -Meticulous attention to detail -Strong organizational skills -Strong communication skills -Fluency in Spanish is required
