Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's/University degree.

  • 6 to 10 years of experience.

  • Knowledge of financial services industry.

  • Experience with partnership management, business development, and strategic planning.

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop materials including presentations for senior leadership.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage strategic partners across a variety of responsibilities including strategy, ongoing management and operational improvements.

  • Manage product economics in partnership with marketing by driving clients to low-cost redemption options as well as by securing marketing funding from key retailers.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to manage any operational or client service-related issues which may arise.

  • Ensure a seamless and frictionless client experience.

  • Conduct market assessments to identify innovation opportunities to enhance the client experience and bring those capabilities to market.

  • Work within the Product Strategy and Planning team and develop a strategic framework to evaluate program offerings and identify key partnership opportunities to drive program engagement (internal and external).

  • Engage in work that has a direct business impact or provides advice regarding the operations of the business.

  • Organize and coordinate programs to ensure overall team's accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals.

  • Coordinate program planning for client to ensure identification of appropriate delivery schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.

  • Coordinate product introduction with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment.

  • Provide continuing product surveillance and management of assigned products and categories to attain financial objectives.

  • Engage in activities that require vision and analysis and ability to think beyond the existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas.

  • Develop short-term plans and execute functional strategies requiring coordination and integration across units and provides input into decisions affect Product Strategy and planning function within a region or business.

  • May mentor less experienced team members and new hires.
