Lead Product ManagerAetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Lead Product Manager to apply technical expertise regarding data models, data mining, segmentation, and statistical analysis to support and drive the strategic roadmap for data analytics product and features. Duties include: visualize data with advanced visualization tools to identify unique relationships between variables via hypothesis testing and modeling; make feature recommendations anddefine KPIs for major product enhancements; collaborate with internal project stakeholders across engineering, marketing, compliance, operations, and executive management to translate business needs into an effective product strategy based on real-time data insights; build and manage the product backlog incorporating epics and stories; deliver digital products or features for marketing/analytics use cases; evaluate functional opportunities and identify specific problems, personas, and the value of solving these customer pain points in aggregate; drive customer discovery sessions to gain a deep understanding of business processes, technical integrations, and user requirements for analytics products; work closely with engineering teams to build the product via scrum meetings, sprint planning, and ongoing requirements clarification; serve as subject matter expert and thought leader of assigned analytics products across the organization; research, document, and prioritize detailed product requirements to ensure that products meet business needs and performance objectives, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
