ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Open & closed operations on a daily basis.

  • Receive all incoming couriers, USPS and messenger items.

  • Manifest all outbound couriers, USPS and messenger items.

  • Reconcile all incoming & outbound pieces on a daily basis.

  • Complete End of Day log and file away on a daily basis.

  • Meet with clients and tenants and address any challenges or issues with mail & packages.

  • Report to Senior Operations Managers.

  • Receive mail at mail room from USPS letter carrier and sign for express, registered and certified mail.

  • Receive FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, Office Supplies, Messenger packages, etc at mailroom.

  • Sort incoming mail & Packages and deliver to tenants.

  • Process all incoming couriers items via Brynka Tracking System.

  • Physically deliver mail and courier items by cart, dolly or hand truck to client and tenants as requested.

  • Receive outgoing mail (letters and parcels)

  • Answer clients & customers email regarding mail and packages.

  • Provide customer service.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to prioritize work and handling multiple task simultaneously.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette. Well organized, with strong attention to details.

  • A team player with the ability to work with diverse personalities.

  • Able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
