TEKsystems IT/AV Helpdesk Support in New York, New York

Description:

  • 60% AV / 40% IT support

  • Mostly smart hands in office being able to ping the rest of the NWIT team as needed (who sit on the West Coast)

  • Supporting on-site and remote users

  • Need to be able to be self-sufficient

  • AV Zoom rooms - 5 total, 1 all-hands space that's more complicated. Crestron, AV head controller, AMX, mic, projector.

  • They need to have someone on-site for event support, monthly impromptus, who's comfortable with diagnosing phone issues - Ring DNA phone system. Confirm complaint and then have ring DNA tech support or sales team - app managers for that platform.

    • Ethernet cabling

    • IP address

    • Network port

  • 40-50 end users (sales folks) on site consistently, but at the most 80-100 remotely or on-site depending on if there are all-hands.
