Work with the Data Sourcing and Strategy team, portfolio managers, analysts, and data vendors to deliver and evaluate new statistical and financial datasets. Serve as an in-house statistics and data expert across a wide range of datasets to translate requirements and design data models for appropriate storage, distribution, and consumption. Handle data onboarding requirements by authoring content documentation and working with data engineers to automate statistical and financial data ingestion pipelines. Create and enhance Python-based statistical data quality checks as part of the onboarding process to ensure data is suitable for consumption. Work with data warehousing; Redshift; MSSQL; Airflow; Git; Jira; third-party vendor loaders, including Refinitiv QAD and FactSet FDS; and third-party vendor data, including alternative, fundamental, pricing, market, reference, index constituents, and risk model datasets.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Finance, or a related field of study, plus one (1) year experience with data warehousing; Redshift; MSSQL; Airflow; Git; Jira; third-party vendor loaders, including Refinitiv QAD and FactSet FDS; and third-party vendor data, including alternative, fundamental, pricing, market, reference, index constituents, and risk model datasets.
