Dorsey is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate, Senior Attorney, or Of Counsel to join our Boise, Denver, Minneapolis, New York, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Seattle, or Washington D.C. office. This attorney will join a team of dedicated associates and partners in Dorsey’s growing IP Litigation Practice Group. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States and possibly before the PTAB. Specifically, you will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters, primarily patent litigation:- written discovery- brief writing- depositions- working with experts- trial preparation The following qualifications are required:- At least four years of IP litigation attorney experience - A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school - The ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency- Strong communication and writing skillsFor Denver applicants only: The salary range for this position starts at $190,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. For New York applicants only: The salary range for this position starts at $220,000.
