We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager for the Meta Quest team within Reality labs to help drive the future of mixed reality devices forward.The RoleThe Meta Quest marketing team is responsible for driving the outbound consumer marketing strategy to support our mixed reality device portfolio from acquisition through to retention. This includes always on activity as well as developing full funnel programs to support new hardware launches.In this role, you will be responsible for designing insights-fueled marketing strategies and developing impactful cross-channel campaign plans and executions which drive meaningful outcomes.The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience in building large-scale, cross-channel marketing campaigns, uncovering and executing against insights, managing and collaborating with creative teams and is excited about working at the intersection of creativity and technology.

Required Skills:

Integrated Marketing Manager, MR Responsibilities:

  1. Own the development of campaign and channel strategies that inform impactful creative campaign work in partnership with Media, Marketing Insights, Product Marketing and Creative teams

  2. Manage and shape creative concepts in close collaboration with internal creative and external agency partners from strategy through delivery

  3. Distill actionable insights from consumer research, the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and product and market data

  4. Cultivate collaborative internal partnerships, influence through others, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy

  5. Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience building integrated marketing campaigns in either an integrated marketing function or as a strategist in a creative agency

  2. Experience leading complex marketing programs with creative partners and agencies from strategy and briefing through concepting and execution

  3. Track record of building effective partnerships with cross-functional teams inclusive of creative, marketing insights, analytics, social, influencer and performance marketing to shape multi-year marketing strategies

  4. Knowledgeable in paid social and digital channel strategies, trends and best practices

  5. Experience navigating change and driving impact through ambiguity

  6. Experience developping recommendations and synthesizing learnings through data

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
