Summary:

At Reality Labs, we're building tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager for the Augmented Reality team within Reality labs to help drive the future of wearables.The Augmented Reality marketing team is responsible for accelerating business results by developing data-driven marketing strategies and creative that drive creating consumer adoration and everyday usage. This includes always on activity as well as developing full funnel programs to support new product launches.In this role you will be responsible for proactively identifying challenges and opportunities for the business, designing appropriate insights fuelled marketing strategies and developing impactful cross-channel plans and executions which drive to meaningful outcomes.The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about working at the intersection of creativity and technology, marketing products that push the boundaries of computing and human interaction into new and uncharted territories.This requires an ability to lead an effective cross-functional process for developing integrated marketing plans using deep analytical rigor, a deep understanding of consumer and market dynamics and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing plans that breakthrough in culture.

Required Skills:

Integrated Marketing Manager, Augmented Reality Responsibilities:

  1. Build best in class marketing programs, with a focus on strong connections planning across owned channels, that drive funnel and revenue growth

  2. Identify marketing opportunities by understanding audiences, the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and product and market data

  3. Ensure a consistency across territories and consumer touchpoints, in collaboration with marketing managers across the business

  4. Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Insights to translate business objectives into marketing strategy to support an ambitious roadmap.

  5. Demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across marketing flywheel & performance metrics

  6. Cultivate collaborative internal partnerships, influence through others, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a centralized integrated marketing function

  2. Experience with strategic thinking and bridging industry trends, insights, and community sentiment to plans/briefs

  3. Experience to develop recommendations and synthesize learnings through consumer, campaign and market data

  4. Equally demonstrated leading cross functional teams as they are in tactical execution

  5. Track record of building effective partnerships with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams inclusive of social, influencer, creative, lifecycle, web, retail, and performance marketing

  6. Demonstrated experience working with media and creative agencies

  1. Experience in consumer product categories and brands such as consumer technology, wearables, AR/VR technologies, or culture driven brands

  2. Experience with global campaigns

  3. Experience with sports marketing, activations/events, Creators or Public Figures

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
