Responsible for applying mathematical modeling techniques to create new investment management and trading technologies and consistently seeking and initiating research topics/hypotheses to increase innovation in the robustness of enterprise BI platforms, including data warehouses. Duties include: consulting with stakeholders to determine needs/weaknesses; designing experiments to test and improve systems; scheduling tasks to ensure research goals are met; analyzing experiment results; applying theoretical knowledge to advance innovation in the writing/validating of data models (relational and dimensional); organizing and presenting findings/recommendations to management; collaborating with engineering to implement innovative solutions; and developing BI tool training and documentation as needed.
