What you bring:

  • Major working experience on Unix/Linux
  • Good knowledge on Unix / Linux commands, Shell scripting
  • Good knowledge on Oracle / SQL
  • Able to work in Shifts and flexible hours on request
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge on Monitoring tool like Splunk or similar
  • Knowledge on build/deployment tools Jenkins or similar

What will you be working on :

  • Ability to understand the production incident and provide resolution
  • Apply technical expertise of Unix and Oracle
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients on Incidents / Problems
  • Ability to perform in depth Analysis of Incident to identify root cause and permanent fixes
  • Able to create Knowledge documents
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Perform L2 support and on - call support
  • Participate in on call rotation
  • Co-ordinate with L3/Dev team and other stakeholders
  • Flexible in work in shifts and holidays
