We are looking for a Home Care Registered Nurses to work for one of our clients, a multi-service home care organization, with locations in all boroughs of NYC, to conduct home visits in Manhattan, NY area.

Schedule: Fridays, Saturday and Sundays, 13hrs/shift.

As a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients within the comfort of their homes. Your primary responsibility is to help patients maintain their independence and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Current registration in New York State as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document the patient's condition during each visit.

  • Perform evaluation tasks, including medication reviews and vital sign assessments.

  • Administer physician-prescribed medications.

  • Dress or redress wounds and monitor healing progress.

  • Provide patient and family education on proper home health care procedures and strategies.

  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other care team members.

  • Ensure patient comfort through palliative care.

  • Recommend assistive tools or devices to enhance the patient's quality of life.

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000/year
