We are looking for a highly-driven web strategy and planning expert to join our Growth Lab. This role is at the heart of driving optimization, innovation and growth globally on our website – leading and supporting web related initiatives, programs and experimentation throughout the customer lifecycle.
As the ideal candidate, you are a natural at ideating and solving business and customer challenges - with an eye for design, clear narratives, content strategy, and technical knowledge of web development. You love building new things and take pride in delivering innovative, functional and delightful customer experiences.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and drive innovative website solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for customer experience with each launch. You are deeply analytical in your approach and obsess over constantly improving customer experiences on the web leveraging quantitative and qualitative inputs.
Drive and own growth-focused web projects and the test & learn program from start to completion – including requirements, design and development to test launch, driving through to completion.
Manage key stakeholders – ensuring visibility of project and plans
Lead and consult on website content and requirements for campaigns and ongoing web content requests
Work with a global team across the business to develop a compelling insight driven testing strategy
Execute and deliver A/B & multi-variate experiments in the website optimization plan for the region according to budget, scope and schedule.
Launch, monitor and report on optimization efforts in line with defined measurement metrics.
