Kelly Services is seeking a Graphic Designer (Visual Communication) for a Manufacturing Client located in New York NY . This is a Part-time work from home role until the offices open up, after which the candidate will be required to sit Onsite.
Job Title: Graphic Designer (Visual Communication)
Location: New York NY (WFH - Remote role until the offices open up)
Type: Contract (W2)
Length: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $21/HR
Start Date: 02/01/21
Part Time role: approximately 20 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to create and update visual graphic contents using InDesign and Powerpoint, which communicate VM standards and directives to both inform and inspire the store team.
Responsible to provide support to managers in coordinating all daily activities.
Create Visual Documents to share Visual Merchandising guidelines with Stores (using existing templates and creating new ones)
Organize, check, revise and update the materials such as: Visual Merchandising guidelines, Store layouts, trackers and timelines
Manage communication and share materials on timely matter for different projects
Manage mailboxes, reporting files (check mailboxes and reports so to address issues)
Manage different platforms (downloading and collection all necessary materials)
Adobe Creative Suite (predominately InDesign)
Expert in Graphic Design
Good understanding of Visual Merchandising
High organizational skills
