Job Summary

Who you are: the Venue Manager executes the successful daily hospitality operations

at one of our exclusive corporate partnerships in Midtown.

The Venue Manager trains, and leads hourly Team Members with the goal of running

amazing shifts.

This position reports to and works with the management team to improve processes,

build sales, and uphold cost controls put in place by management while always living

up to our standards.

The Venue Manager is tasked with the responsibility of continuing a culture of

Enlightened Hospitality while ensuring the venue remains profitable and delivers

excellent products and service.

What you'll do:

  • Manage daily operations at partnership accounts, client requests, and USE

employees

  • Understand the contract, the client's goals, and the fiscal responsibility

attached to both

  • Streamline internal communication and serve as the point person for both onsite employees and USE leaders

  • Monitor and solicit feedback for the daily service periods

  • Collaborate with the USE Executive Chef to develop themed menus

  • Lead efforts to ensure the experience for USE employees is rooted in our

cultural foundation

  • Share knowledge and communicate openly and effectively with the client
