Support the structuring, financial analysis and due diligence on infrastructure investment programs that deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns in power, transport, water, waste and agriculture. Work on the Investment Team on the evaluation, structuring and execution of transactions. Prepare detailed financial models and sensitivity analyses of projects and companies. Analyze financial information related to specific companies and projects (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements, company results, etc.) to determine how the company or project is positioned to deliver for investors. Prepare investment memoranda, assembling data from multiple sources to develop and produce coherent investment recommendations. Draft and negotiate investment term sheets and legal documents. Conduct a detailed diligence process including collaborating with external consultants and legal resources. Evaluate potential transactions by reading pitch decks, analyzing projections, and speaking with potential partners. Perform market research for target investment sectors and prepare presentations and reports to inform future investments. Multiple positions available. May require travel/telecommute to unanticipated client locations approximately 20%, as required.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field plus 24 months of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered, Investment Banking Associate, Investment Banking Analyst, or an investment banking or private equity investing related occupation. Experience must include: 1) financial modeling, 2) market research, 3) conducting due diligence processes including impact of leverage on a deal, repayment options, sculpting and sizing debt, forecasting, tax equity sizing considerations, depreciation, and outputs required for investment/financing decisions, 4) executing project finance transactions in infrastructure, power, and energy sectors, 5) evaluation of potential transaction opportunities and developing energy generation calculations, 6) drafting and preparation of transaction investment memoranda for internal committees, 7) drafting and negotiation of transaction term sheets and legal documents, and 8) financial analysis of company and project information.
