Job Description Providing assistance and backup for the Administrative Support team functions, including serving as a liaison between Executive staff, vendors, facilities and other State Agencies. Staff will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and distributing correspondence, coordinating meetings, inventory management, employee on and off-boarding, phone coverage, document filing and records maintenance. The Consolidate Business Office's (CBO) Administrative Support Unit provides comprehensive support to all units within the CBO. Staff will also be responsible and a number of program-specific activities such as invoice and voucher review. This position is vital to the core mission of the agency because it is the communication, organization, coordination, and record maintenance functions provided by this position that enable the CBO's administrative management program staff to accomplish the work of the CBO. Without sufficent staffing to aid in the organization and processing of information and vouchers the CBO is at a greater risk for noncompliance with Late Payment Legislation, and record retention regulations which could result in the payment of interest changes, the loss of vendor services and other penalties from control agencies.
